曹九稳

教授、博士生导师

       曹九稳，教授、博导，IEEE Senior Member，新加坡南洋理工大学博士，杭州电子科技大学自动化学院副院长，校人工智能研究院副院长，浙江省机器学习与智慧健康国际合作基地主任。入选国家高层次青年拔尖人才、浙江省“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、浙江省高校领军人才培养计划高层次拔尖人才等。主要从事机器学习理论与算法、智能信息处理、脑电/心电信号处理等领域的研究。主持科技部重点研发、国家自然科学基金（重点、青年）等项目。获中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖、二等奖等奖励，担任IEEE TCAS-I、J. Franklin I.、Neurocomputing、Military Medical Research、MSSP、Memetic Computing等6个国际知名SCI期刊的副主编。授权发明专利16项，在IEEE TNNLS/TCYB/TSP/JBHI/TCDS等期刊与会议发表SCI/EI论文190余篇，5篇论文入选ESI热点，6篇论文入选ESI高被引，Google学术引用4100余次。

       Professor Jiuwen Cao obtained his doctoral degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is the vice director of Key Lab for IoT and Information Fusion Technology of Zhejiang, and a senior member of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI). He serves as Associate Editor for prestigious journals (e.g., IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers) and a technical committee member of IEEE ISCAS society. His research areas include machine learning, intelligent data processing and intelligent EEG/ECG processing. He has undertaken several projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He was awarded the first level science and technology progress award of China General Chamber of Commerce. He has published more than 100 peer reviewed papers in SCI/EI journals and conferences, such as IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems,IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, and Neural Networks.
