赖晓平 教授、博士生导师
山东大学应用数学专业博士、杭州电子科技大学二级教授。长期从事优化理论与方法及在智能信号与信息处理中的应用研究，主要研究方向包括数字滤波器设计、神经网络、机器学习等。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、省自然科学基金项目3项，参与国家973项目1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目2项，获省自然科学奖一等奖和省科学技术进步奖一等奖等奖励。发表学术论文120余篇，SCI收录40余篇，其中包括《IEEE Transactions on Signal Process》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems》等IEEE汇刊论文10余篇。
Professor Xiaoping Lai obtained his doctoral degree in Applied Mathematics, Shandong University. His research areas include optimization theory and application, digital filter design, neural network, and machine learning. He has undertaken 5 projects of National Natural Science Fundation of China and 3 projects of Provincial Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang, and participated in 1 National 973 project and 2 key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China. He was awarded one first level prize of Natural Science Award of Zhejiang and one first level Science and Technology Progress Award of Zhejiang. He has published 120 papers, one third of which are included in SCI journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Signal Process, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems.
