周后盘 特聘教授
浙江大学博士、智慧城市研究中心副主任、曾在浙大网新担任中高层技术与管理岗位。长期从事IT类应用系统构建、大数据与人工智能应用技术的研究，主持了杭州市民卡项目、地铁自动售检票、海关大数据情报分析系统等智慧城市应用项目，获教育部科技进步一等奖、浙江省科技进步三等奖等奖励。
Professor Houpan Zhou obtained his doctoral degree in Computer Engineering, Zhejiang University. He was appointed as a manager in Zheda Wangxin and now is a deputy director of **art city research center. His research areas include IT applications, big data and artificial intelligence. He has undertaken the **art city application projects such as Hangzhou Citizen Card Project, Subway Automatic Fare Collection, Customs Big Data Information Analysis System. He won the first level prize of science and technology progress of the Ministry of education, the third level prize of science and technology progress of Zhejiang Province.
