大数据智能与智能制造研究中心简介

主要研究混杂非线性系统的建模、滤波、优化与控制,以及大数据下的人工智能理论。重点通过物联网、云计算与云存储等技术构建信息物理空间,实现企业或城市等应用对象的运行、控制、维护与管理从物理空间到虚拟空间的再生重构;通过融合的数据管理方式覆盖异构环境,实现数据的采集、传递、清洗、调用与管理的整合。建立智能制造、智慧电力、智慧交通等共性核心技术支撑平台,支撑相关产业发展。

The center carries out the study of modeling, filtering, optimization and control of hybrid nonlinear systems, as well as the study of artificial intelligence associated with big data. It aims to construct industry oriented cyber-physical systems through incorporating internet of things, cloud computing and storage, and artificial intelligence in order to operate, control, maintain and manage different applications arising from enterprises or cities, where the physical space is regenerated in the cyberspace. The key technologies cover heterogeneous environments through an integrated data management system in terms of data collection, data transmission, data cleaning, data invoking and data management. New platforms, namely, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent power system and intelligent transportation system, are constructed to support core technologies to make a step forward in industries 4.0 and smart cities.

The digital twin experiment platform on photovoltaic micro grids

        光伏微电网数字孪生实验平台是面向微电网的远程数据采集、云存储、计算资源调度、大数据智能与远程控制的信息物理平台,获得了全国自动化青年教师自制仪器银奖,是浙江省信息化资产管理首批示范监控大型仪器设备与新工科金课示范设备。

        The digital twin experiment platform on photovoltaic micro grids, the silver award winner of young teachers' self-made instruments in national automation disciplines, is a cyber-physical system for remote data collection and control, cloud storage, computing resource scheduling, and big data intelligence of the micro grid. It is a pilot system for information-based asset management in Zhejiang Province and a web-based experimental device for new engineering gold courses.

The intelligent detection platform for ultra-thin chip production process

        超薄晶片生产过程智慧检测平台是基于机器视觉、混杂控制、最优调度与群体智能技术的无人自主上料、高精度特性检测与无人自主快速分拣先进生产集成装备,获得了国家自然科学基金重大仪器项目的资助,是浙江省省属高校同类项目的首例。

        The intelligent detection platform for ultra-thin chip production process is an integrated manufacturing equipment based on machine vision, hybrid control, optimal scheduling and group intelligence technology, which is used for unmanned material loading, high-precision characteristic detection and unmanned rapid sorting. It is a key instrument project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, which is also the first of its kind among all of Zhejiang Provincial Universities.


轮胎智能制造示范工程

The intelligent tire manufacturing pilot project

        轮胎智能制造示范工程是面向中策橡胶集团的轮胎制造过程与生产管理过程的信息物理空间系统,实现了轮胎生产中全过程信息的跟踪、正反双向追溯与异常的分析、生产节拍与物流配送的平衡、以及中间品库存积压量的缩减。

        The intelligent tire manufacturing pilot project is a cyber-physical system for the tire manufacturing process and production management process associated with Zhongce Rubber Group, which realizes the informative tracking of the whole tire production process, the forward and backward tracing of products, the abnormal analysis, the balance of production scheduling and logistics distribution, and the reduction of intermediate inventory backlog.
